XV International Forum ‘Innovative Development through Intellectual Property Market’

Albert Ibragimov, Partner, Russian Patent Attorney, Eurasian Patent Attorney, Regional Director, and Elena Gorshunova, Russian Patent Attorney (both - Gorodissky & Partners, Kazan), participated at the session ‘Regional Intellectual Property Market: Problems and Practice of Solution on the Example of the Republic of Tatarstan’ with a presentation on ‘Practice of Formation of Exclusive Rights and Licensing of Industrial Technologies in Investment Projects’.

The session was held within the framework of the XV International Forum ‘Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market’. During the Forum 2 plenary sessions and 12 sessional meetings were held (5 sessions in Moscow on the basis of Moscow State Law Academy n.a. Kutafin, 7 regional sessions in the EAEU member states).
