SCOPE OF SERVICES
1) continued search in Latin and Cyrillic characters on marketplaces, auction sites, e-commerce platforms, social networks, domain names and website content
2) sorting results of monitoring by relevance followed by removal of infringing content and blocking unlimited number of infringing links, web-pages and web-sites – without initiating litigation (where possible)
3) sending cease and desist letters or warning notices to infringers, including website/social media operators (administration), e-sellers, domain name owners, Internet service providers (ISPs), and requesting them to take down the infringing content
4) out-of-court negotiations and further discussions with infringers regarding cessation of IP infringement
